PREVENTION OF SCALING IN SEA WATER EVAPORATORS.
RXSOL Vapor Treatment Prevents scale formation at temperatures up to 160°C Also Reduces foaming and maintains optimum plant performance.
 

During distilled water production in seawater evaporators, SCALE CONTROL is very important to increase efficiency of distillation as the seawater contains large quantities of salt which is resulting SCALE FORMATION in heat transfer surfaces.  Scale deposits Not only lower plant efficiency by resisting the transfer of heat, But also damaging instruments. Routine use of RXSOL Vapor Treatment prevents Scale formation in the Evaporator SYSTEM.

Whats the Dose Ratio of RXSOL VAPOR TREATMENT Chemicals?

Dilute the RXSOL VAPOR TREATMENT chemicals with water and continuously inject via evaporator inlet or the salt water supply lineand dose into the evaporator system. 30 ml Dose per ton of Seawater is recommended for the prevention of scaling in seawater evaporators. Dose can vary  depends on the capacity and the operating conditions of the evaporator.
Note: for the gradual removal of existing scale deposits, at least twice the normal dose must be used. Remove deposits of more than 2mm, with Descalex Liqui

Technical Specifications:

We carry a complete line of condensate treatment chemicals.  Condensate treatment chemicals are used to increase the condensate pH, thus reducing corrosion to the entire boiler steam system.  The most common product is a tri-blend amine of cyclohexylamine, morpholine, and diethylaminoethanol (DEAE) neutralizing amines, although we do have standard RXSOL products or we can custom blend to your needs.

Remarks:

RXSOL-50-5005-CC alkaline and the vapors are irritating to eyes and lungs. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not take internally. Observe safety regulations wear Goggles, PVC gloves and Apron when handling Provide ample ventilation Avoid contact with skin in case of contacts wash with cupious amount of water immediately. If eyes are splashed give immediate and prolonged irrigation with clean running water and obtain medical attention.
