Remarks:

Sodium gluconate is the sodium salt of gluconic acid and is produced by fermentation of glucose. It is a white granular, crystalline solid which is very soluble in water. It is non corrosive, non toxic, biodegradable and renewable. It is resistant to oxidation and reduction even at high temperatures. The main property of sodium gluconate is its excellent chelating power, especially in alkaline and concentrated alkaline solutions. It forms stable chelates with calcium, iron, copper, aluminium and other heavy metals. It is a superior chelating agent than EDTA, NTA and phosphonates.

  • Sodium gluconate is widely used in textile dyeing, printing and metal surface water treatment. It is also used as a chelating agent, a steel surface cleaning agent, a cleaning agent for glass bottles, and as a chelating agent for cement, plating and alumina dyeing industries.
  • In the field of medicine, it can maintain the balance of acid and alkali in the human body, and recover the normal operation of nerves.
  • It can be used in the prevention and cure of the syndrome for low sodium.

Difference between Cement Retarder and Cement Accelerator

Retarding admixtures : Generally used in HOT Weather.
Chemicals : Sodium Gluconate, Gypsum,sugar,strach etc

Retarding admixtures helps and work as water reducing agent and Cemenrt retarder keep concrete workable during placement and delay the initial set of concrete. Chemically retarder slow the setting rate of concrete, are used to counteract the accelerating effect of hot weather on concrete setting. High temperatures often cause an increased rate of hardening which makes placing and finishing difficult. Retarders keep concrete workable during placement and delay the initial set of concrete. Most retarders also function as water reducers and may entrain some air in concrete. Retarder use for increase setting time of cement.


Accelerating admixtures : Generally used in COLD Weather.
Chemicals : Refined silicates, Aluminium sulfate and synthetic plasticizer, calcium chloride etc.

Accelerators make concrete set faster rapidly after mixing with concrete. This product can be added to a concrete batch either immediately before or during mixing to kick the set time of a batch of concrete into high gear and initiate setting time one to three times faster than normal mortar and concrete. When PHOSPHORIC ACID can be used :
Phosphoric Acid is used as fertilizer ::: It is important, what the soil in your yard (field). If the pH is 6,5 -7, then everything is fine. But for acidic soil if pH < 6, avoid uses of phosphoric acid will increase the acidication of soil, which can damage most crops. In this case it is possible to add sodium carbonate or potassium carbonate.
DOSE of Phosphoric Acid : 
Apply the H3PO4 can be a fertilizer of different cultures. If the acid is concentrated, the dosage should be no more than 18 g per 10 liters of water. 

GENERAL GUIDE LINE :
When fertilizer input with irrigation water, maximum allowable concentration of nutrients in the water should not exceed to 0.5% of Nitrogen fertilizer, for Phosphate - 2%  and  Potash - 3%. For  complex solutions content of nutrients - less than 1%.
The mineralization of the fertilizer solution, which is fed into the soil, should not exceed 3 g / l  at the introduction of a single component, and 8 g / l at the introduction of two or three-component fertilizers. The total amount should not exceed 1-1.2 kg fertilizer per 1000 liters of water.
