Lime Remover HD  is formulated with strong Surfactant agents and special corrosion inhibitors, sufficient acidic effect enough to neutralize strong alkali content of lime, which makes LIME OUT from deposited surface.

Lime out cleaner for changing hard deposits of LIME in to loose bond in sludge formation.

Why Lime Cleaner used for Ship Hold cleaning?

Before cleaning of lime, we have to learn about lime composition and its bonding nature as well as dissolving properties of lime.
Lime is composit mixture of calcium and its powder state becomes lumps due to presence of moisture. Here it is clear that if you want to remove composed lime from surface calcium bond should be break. Means if we'll add such material on lime bonded surface which can weaken the bond of calcium, then cleaning of lime from surface will be easy.

Acid like muriatic, phosphoric, sulfuric etc easily breaking the bond of hardened calcium, but these acids are highly corrosive not only to handle but also dissolving iron metals, which is causing pit and roughness on metals surface.


Then again question comes how to remove lime without damaging the metal surface and also easy to use by personnel.

We worked on this concept and developed Lime cleaner remover with effective blend of corrosion inhibitors and we balanced acid with mixture formulations.

Lime cleaner save time to remove lime deposition from ship hold surface. And lime remover easily dissolves and break lime deposited hard bond also due to non fuming nature its application becomes easier.
