TUC - Tannin/coffee/urine TCU Neutralizer – A multipurpose professional cleaner

TUC (Tannin/urine/coffee) Neutralizer (RXSOL-41-8760-025) is a multipurpose professional cleaner having features like acid detergent spotter and thus, helps in urine neutralizing treatment. This liquid helps to dissolve, dislodges or neutralizes alkaline salt residues that leave on the surface from pet accidents or through urine contamination of flushing by adopting the method of deodorizing treatment. The liquid comes in 25.00 litres of packing size with RTU pH value of 2.8-3.5.

TUC is perfectly prepared for the treatment of affected areas with Bio modifiers, Bio charge or other urine neutralizers in order to enhance the performance and speed up the deodorizing process. The product is specially formulated for the pre-treatment of urine contaminated soft surfaces including draperies, mattresses, carpet, etc where urine gets split due to any of the reason. RXSOL-41-8760-025 is a neutralizer that contains special odour suppressants until deodorizing treatment starts in order to make the work area less offensive.

How to use

Saturate the affected area and allow the liquid to dwell for 5-15 minutes. Agitate, rinse and extract with clear water as extraction with Water claw is ideal. Allow 2-3 minutes dwell time for best results.

Applications of TUC

It acts like an effective acid detergent spotter as helps in removing yellow or brown stains caused due to tea, wine, coffee, perfume, salt based materials like ice melt compounds, soft drinks and most of the beverage spills. It is an effective agent used for the pre-treatment of soft surfaces contaminated with urine like rugs, mattresses and diapers. It is a detergent spotter used for treating tannin, alkaline based or salt which usually gets spilled on upholstery or carpet. It contains odour suppressants that help to make the affected area less offensive.

For spotting

Use full strength of the solution and apply to spot, spill or strain. Allow to dwell for 2-3 minutes and get the best result. Agitate the solution on the spot with the help of spotting spatula or spotting brush. Blot the spot area with towel, colour fast or clean cloth. Blot the area with clean water or extract the area with machine.

For urine pre-treatment

Dilute 1 part solution and 4 parts water i.e. a ration of 1:4 in a pump up or trigger sprayer in case of large area urine contamination neutralizing and pre-treatment. Saturate the contaminated area by pouring the mixed solution and allow dwelling for 5-15 minutes in order to get the best result. Gently rub the area with soft brush or white towel. Rinse and extract the area with clear water. For best results, extract the area with Water Claw or Soft Lifter. At the end apply Bio-charge, Bio-modifier or Hydrocide.

Dilution ratio for urine pre-treatment: 1:4-1:16 as water depending on severity

Always notice the colour fastness and appearance change in an affected area of the surface as you are going to clean prior to the application.
