Moya Oil for tough degreasing jobs

A heavy-duty degreaser, which cleans the toughest of metals in an effective manner, is what describes Moya Oil. Moya oil is an effective degreaser that emulsifies grease, dirt, grime and oil to give a clean metal surface. The oil is a multipurpose degreaser that is apt for use on both painted and coated surfaces and works wonders even in extremely tough cleaning applications.

Moya Oil (RXSOL-20-2023-025) is a non-flammable, non-toxic, non-explosive and non-caustic solution that causes no pollution with its use. It is a reddish yellow appearing homogenous liquid with a pleasant citrus odour and a pH value of 8.50-9.50. The liquid degreaser is applied by various methods- spraying, brushing, dipping, rubbing and mopping. If the area to be cleaned is comparatively smaller or are hand held equipment, dipping and soaking method can be used to effectively degrease the surface of such equipment. The solution does not need to be heated for this method.  This method is the most economical way of cleaning smaller parts. Rubbing and sponging larger greased parts also leads to effective cleaning.  It is a quick and easy way of cleaning with the help of a soft cloth. Another method of cleaning with this liquid is steam method. Few minutes prior to steam lancing, Moya Oil can be sprayed for steam cleaning.

The spraying method is used to clean interiors of oil tanks and other irregular surfaces.  After spraying the product, it needs to be kept for at least 10-20mins depending upon the degree of greasing. Once done, the surface needs to be rinsed clean with ample water.

Brushing and mopping technique is effective for cleaning oil decks and other large areas in marine, railway and food industries. Apart from above uses of Moya Oil, the degreaser can be used for general degreasing and cleaning purposes too.  It is a ready-to-use degreaser and thus does not require any dilution. It emulsifies oil, dirt and particles of soil rapidly from the surface by reducing it to colloidal size and thus is easily removed from the surface upon rinsing.
