Detergent Paste Milk solubiliser – A special cleaning formulation

Food industries are one of the most important industries of any country since it deals directly with the food we consume. The dilution ratio can be changed as per need but generally, 100gm of the paste is diluted with 1litre of water to make a solution for light and medium greasy and oily surfaces. For heavily greased surfaces, 200gm of paste is diluted with 1 litre of water. For cleaning of hotel kitchens, ovens and grills, 100gms of paste can be diluted with 2 litres of water and used effectively. For cleaning of milk cans, a solution of 100gms paste and 4 litres water does the job nicely. The solution can either be sprayed or worked with a sponge onto the surface and scrubbed. Once the surface is stain and grease free, it needs to be washed off with ample hot water to remove any residue greasiness and to leave the surface squeaky clean.
