Fresh Water :: For 5-8 ppb of Standard API quality bentonite, dosage of MMO/MMH in range of 0.65 – 0.775 ppb through conventional hopper as needed to control Viscosity, YP & Rheology.
Sea Water :: Pre-mix 25-30ppb non-treated API bentonite in fresh water, with ½ ppb soda ash, diluted with sea-water or bleed into circulating mud volume.
Note :: pH of circulating fluid to be maintained between 10.3 – 10.5 for optimum results.
