DryMax Desiccant Non Indicating has a water capacity of 10 to 14 weight percent for drying gasses. Chemical and capillary action working together has resulted in this improved capacity. The extra capacity is explained by the 38 percent pore space volume found in drierite granules. The capacity changes directly with pressure and the partial pressure of water vapor, and inversely with temperature above 6.6%.
