RXSOL-42-5001-025 is a highly effective multi-functional liquid reagent for the treatment of steam production systems and heating systems operating on softened water.

Product Mecahnism : 

RXSOL-42-5001-025 contains an antiscalant (phosphate-polymer composition), a mixture of complexones, a pH correction reagent, an oxygen reducer and neutralizing amines. A specially selected composition of phosphates and polymers effectively prevents the formation of deposits throughout the steam production system, preventing the formation of hardness crystals and dispersing suspended particles and iron. The action of polymers is enhanced by complexons, which also form complexes with metal cations in the makeup water and provide online cleaning of the system. The reagent contains components for correcting the pH of feed water.

The oxygen reducer present in RXSOL-42-5001-025 effectively binds oxygen dissolved in the make-up water, thereby protecting the equipment from corrosion. Additional protection of lines from corrosion is provided by the presence of neutralizing and film-forming amines in the product, which increase the pH of the water.

Dosing

RXSOL-42-5001-025 is dosed directly into water. The best dosing point is below the surface of the water in the deaerator tank; Stainless steel materials should be used for dosing. The product should be diluted (if necessary) with softened water or condensate. The dosage depends on the chemical composition of the makeup water, as well as on the operating conditions of the boiler. Range of working dosages: 10-100 g/m3.

Protective gloves and safety glasses must be worn. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, consult a doctor. If product leaks, contain it with sand or other inert material and sweep it away. Then rinse the surface with plenty of water.
